I've just reviewed our online banking statement and noticed a deduction of £10 made from our account on the 15th of August. After reaching out to the bank, they supplied this number for further assistance. However, when I attempted to call, I was met with no response at extension 8700961. It seems I'll have to return to the bank to get in touch with their fraud team!
