I just had a call from this number today, but as soon as I picked up, it went totally quiet.

This lot keeps ringing me every morning and sending texts, claiming I owe someone money. They don't seem to get that I'm not the person they're after at all. If you spot this number, I'd say just block it and don't bother calling back.

phoenix called me and they were definitely debt collectors, seemed pretty pushy about some payments I didnt even know I owed.

I got a call from someone called Phoenix who said they were representing Wandsworth Council. They called me by a name that’s definitely not mine and talked about a property I didn’t even know about. Then they said I supposedly admitted to being that person and ended with something like “You’ll be hearing from us again.” It felt pretty scary and threatening.

Honestly, it’s just ridiculous. They get your info from somewhere else and then just won’t stop ringing you. The caller said it was phoenix or something. So annoying!
