They also mentioned they would reach out to 8398 to have them get in touch with us for further clarification. However, we've yet to hear anything back. Just a word of caution to all parents and kids out there - stay vigilant!

O2 is utterly useless in offering any sort of assistance, leaving you to deal with these rogues. In all honesty, they're just as rotten as your usual service providers. Our suggestion? As for this specific promotion - Moola Quiz - there have been various forums pointing out that this scam has been persistent for years, with different promotional offers popping up. I called on the 24th of February 2011 at 1:14 PM and will certainly keep you posted on any response I get from them.

My partner recently received an O2 bill and noticed a rather shocking charge of £15.00 for text messages sent by this company.
