Do not allow this to slip away. Keep chasing after them. We managed to retrieve our funds by lodging a complaint with O2. It took us about three weeks, but eventually, we received our money back. Surely, this must breach some kind of law.

I received an unwelcome message from Promos Ltd. stating that we've signed up for UrMobDeal at a cost of £3 per month. It instructed us to send an SMS with 'quit' to 83023, which I can only assume incurs some sort of fee. We're on GiffGaff and have no balance left-just the option for free texts-so there’s no way for any charges to be deducted. To make matters worse, as soon as I tried to reach out to the two numbers provided in the text, they were both unavailable!

I've received an unsolicited message from a company called Promos Ltd, claiming that I'm signed up for UrMobDEal at a cost of £3 a month. It instructed me to text 'quit' to the number 83023, which I suspect might incur a charge. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I keep receiving messages from Promos Ltd, stating that I've signed up for UrMobDeal at a cost of £3 a month. Apparently, to cancel, I need to text "quit" to 83023, which I assume incurs a fee. Since I'm on GiffGaff and have no credit-just free texts-I don’t see how they could charge me. The two numbers included in the message were out of service as soon as I tried to text or call them. What a nuisance!
