What's the point of having a customer service line when there's no one available to pick up? I absolutely refuse to commit to any new phone contracts, as I’ve spoken to my current provider and there aren't any upgrades on the horizon for me... It feels like an utter scam! Frustrating, to say the least!

I truly can’t fathom why some folks are labelling this as a con. I received a call from a firm going by the name "3d", and they discussed my contract. The advisor informed me they could reduce my bill from £41 to £36, switching my iPhone 4 for a Samsung Galaxy Mini 3. Initially, I was quite hesitant about parting with my iPhone, but the advisor’s reassurance regarding a 7-day return policy won me over. To my surprise, my new phone arrived within just three days! I think it’s absolutely brilliant, and I’m still on the same plan, only at a lower cost. Honestly, give them a chance; they’ve certainly helped me out, and I have no doubt they can assist others too!
