What’s the point of having a customer service line if no one ever picks up? I’m not going to sign up for any phone at all. I’ve already checked with my provider and I’m not due for an upgrade yet... feels like a complete rip-off! absolute joke!

I’m not sure why some folks are saying this is a scam. I got a call from a company called "3d" who mentioned my contract. The advisor offered to lower my bill from £41 to £36 if I switched from my iPhone 4 to a Samsung Galaxy Mini 3. At first I was a bit iffy about giving up my iPhone, but the rep convinced me it was worth a shot, especially since I had a 7-day return option. So, I went ahead and within three days, the phone arrived. Honestly, I’m pretty chuffed with the new phone and I’m paying less on the same plan. Give them a chance, I’m sure they’ll help you out - they definitely helped me.
