On the 17th of December, 2015, I received a rather distressing phone call from my elderly aunt. It was a young lady named Jessica, who was exceptionally disrespectful and rather menacing in her approach. She managed to mislead my aunt into believing she already had a subscription, which resulted in my aunt being swindled out of £125. I've urged her to visit her bank posthaste to investigate whether they can halt the payment.

I received a call from this number at approximately 4:17 PM today, 18th December 2015. The company identified themselves as Call Management. A woman named Jessica was on the line, claiming she needed to update my subscription. I informed her that I didn't remember signing up for anything like that. She mentioned I had become a member in 2014, and she had quite a bit of my personal information. Then, she asked for my bank's name and wanted me to confirm a card number. The card she referred to was outdated. I firmly declined to provide any information, as I've never subscribed to their services!
