I got a call from someone claiming to be from the electricity meter people. When I said I wasn’t interested, they insisted I had no choice but to talk to them. They’ve been ringing me pretty much all day for nearly a fortnight now.

Dodgy one! Got a call saying my energy deal had fallen through and they switched me to some firm called BES. After a bit of digging, turns out my original contract was fine all along. BES is apparently the worst provider out there - just check their reviews. Caller name was Energy Search.
