I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Debenhams’ online ordering system. After noticing that my order had yet to arrive, I thought I'd give them a bell - that little chat set me back £8.15. Following that, they proceeded to cancel my order, only for the parcel to appear shortly after. In a fit of honesty, I rang them once more to inform them of this, incurring an additional £3.17 charge. All in all, that amounts to a staggering £11.32 for a 23-minute phone call! I’m absolutely fuming and have decided I will never shop with Debenhams again. I'll be sending them an email to let them know exactly how I feel about this experience.
