We received a rather odd call today from individuals claiming to be representing Alliance and Leicester regarding our account. The thing is, we've never had an account with A&L, so naturally, I'm feeling rather dubious about the whole situation.

We’re absolutely fed up with these constant calls - we’d really like them to stop. We have no clue who these folks are, but every time we attempt to ring back, it ends up costing us 62 pence! It’s quite frustrating, to say the least.
