I got calls from Biffa Waste Service, who supposedly pick up builders' rubbish left at sites. They've rung me two times saying the driver couldn’t locate the house, even though there’s only a handful of homes under my postcode. I find it odd because sat navs and Google Maps pinpoint my place perfectly. Feels to me like they’re banking on people ringing their premium rate number back since apparently, they can’t find addresses properly!

Just a heads up, it’s actually Biffa Waste calling. Kinda odd they’d pick a Premium rate number for their helpline... don’t get why they’d do that.

This number isn’t a free one at all. When I tried ringing back, they charged me right away. Nobody actually picks up either, you just end up waiting forever. Honestly, this place should be shut down. They call randomly, leave missed calls, then cash in when you ring back. Just checked my phone bill - £5.72 gone!
