I reckon this is Biffa Waste Services. They’re the ones who clear away the debris that builders leave after they finish up at a site. It’s rather puzzling, as they’ve rung me twice asking for a callback since their driver apparently couldn’t locate my home - and there’s only a trio of us sharing this postcode! Could it be that they’re making a bit of a fortune by employing premium rate numbers and prompting callbacks because they can’t seem to find where I live? I mean, sat navs and Google Maps point right to my door!

Just a heads up, it's actually Biffa Waste on the line. Quite baffling why they opt for a premium rate number for their customer service, isn’t it?

This number isn’t a free call, mind you. If you try ringing them back, expect to be hit with charges. Their phone line is just a waiting game with no one ever picking up. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this company has shut down for good. They keep ringing people without a proper reason and just leave you with missed calls. And when you dare to call them back, they simply start draining your wallet. I've just checked my latest bill and it’s a stinging £5.72. Quite a shocker!
