Has anyone figured out who this number belongs to yet? We’ve had a fair few calls mentioning a reference number, but I’m not inclined to return their calls since they can’t even tell us who they are. A young lady named Teresa was on the line; she spoke at a snail's pace as if she thought we were daft and kept droning on about the same things. Quite irritating, to say the least!
