We've been hounded by these calls. To be fair, we did have an outstanding balance! Unfortunately, we neglected to inform them about our new address. After seeking legal counsel, I found out that since we agreed to the credit terms, we're bound by them and must face the ramifications of our actions. Their approaches can be rather intense, but at the end of the day, I can't point fingers-it's on me. We've ended up reaching a settlement in court as settling the entire amount upfront was beyond our means. It's been a long, drawn-out process, that's for sure!

It appears that Asset Link is hounding you for payment... We’ve had our fair share of encounters with these folks too. It’s like a never-ending cycle, isn't it? We find ourselves pursuing our clients, whilst the banks just sit back and chuckle, leaving us all spinning in circles.

I've been receiving calls from this number every single day, urging us to get in touch with them right away, but they never bother to mention the name of their company. Turns out, it's a debt collection agency that purchases outstanding debts from various firms and they seem completely unfazed by anyone's individual situation. Believe me, they won't hesitate to push you through the courts if they can!

I reckon this must be some sort of company calling from Link (possibly dealing with debt management or something similar at the conclusion). They've been ringing me incessantly, asserting that I have outstanding payments for double glazing-it's linked to a loan I settled with 1st National a good 18 weeks back. It's quite frustrating since I cleared that debt entirely!

Every three weeks or so, I receive calls from this number. The caller claims that I have an outstanding debt for a kitchen I purchased back in 1997. They assert that they acquired this debt in 2002 and are now demanding payment. However, they are utterly uncooperative, refusing to provide any details, such as a reference number or their address.

Absolutely! It feels like I'm just running in circles while the banks seem to snicker at my predicament, clearly backed by the politicians. As someone who's either slogging away at a job or desperately seeking one, it’s just a relentless barrage of penalties, taxes, soaring prices, VAT - the list goes on and on. It’s enough to make anyone feel overwhelmed!

It seems like every three weeks, without fail, this number gives me a bell. The caller insists I owe them money for a kitchen I supposedly had back in ’97. They claim there's some kind of debt from 2002, and now they’re keen to settle up. Strangely enough, they won’t share any details-no specifics about the debt, no address, and certainly no job reference. It’s all quite baffling, really!

We've been in touch with these folks, as we’re in dire need of funds! Unfortunately, we neglected to update them with our new address. It's crucial to remember that since we entered into that credit agreement, we're legally tied to its stipulations and must reckon with the repercussions of their methods. It’s been a bit of a struggle, truth be told, but in this situation, we can only point the finger at ourselves. We ended up having to negotiate in court because settling the debt in one go was simply out of our financial reach. Six years is quite a stretch, isn’t it?

We’ve been getting calls from these lot. To be honest, we genuinely did owe the cash! Unfortunately, we neglected to inform them of our new address. After seeking legal counsel, we were told that since we signed the credit agreement, we’re legally bound by their terms and conditions, and thus bear the consequences. Their methods can be a tad draconian, but at the end of the day, I can only point the finger at myself. We ended up making a settlement to the court, as we couldn’t manage to pay off the debt in one go. Six months felt like an eternity!
