Once again, much like previous complaints, we're receiving unsolicited fax messages that are wasting our time and resources.

I keep getting a couple of faxes daily from this company, and it's an absolute drain on my machine’s resources, which could be better allocated elsewhere. They also have an 0871 number (0871 714 6666) that appears to charge a hefty 2 quid a minute if you attempt to reach out to them to stop the faxes, which, quite frankly, they seem disinclined to do anyway!

It’s utterly perplexing! I keep receiving the same fax twice daily. It’s quite frustrating and frankly, a daft use of resources, if you ask me.

Every day, we’re inundated with a couple of faxes from this company. At the footer of each one, there’s a message stating: ‘Should you wish to cease receiving faxes, kindly send a blank fax to 0871 714 6666’. We’ve attempted this, but alas, it has yielded no results. We even sent a message begging them to stop, yet the faxes keep rolling in. I can’t believe I’ve been caught up in this nonsense! 😔
