I received a call from this number the other day.

I’ve noticed a charge on my bill for this number. Upon investigation, it’s linked to Staysure, the company I took out travel insurance with. I’ve gone ahead and lodged a complaint, as I find it rather unacceptable that they provide a premium-rate number for customer service.

I wonder if anyone can assist me in identifying the owner of this number? It appeared on my latest bill and has piqued my curiosity. On Wednesday, the 28th of October, at 14:52, I was charged for a call lasting 27 minutes and 25 seconds, amounting to £3.99. The thing is, I can't recall making that phone call at all!
