I keep getting these annoying phone calls. Every time I pick up, I’m met with nothing but a dial tone. Occasionally, I do get someone on the other end, but they’re rude and just won’t take ‘no’ for an answer. I received calls from this number last night and again today. The caller claimed to be from a company dealing with Redress Claims and mentioned something about a change in policy. The chap on the other end went on about how they could help us reclaim credit on our cards, suggesting we'd be able to wipe our balances clean if we forked out £395 to their solicitors, which, amusingly, would supposedly be waved off.
