The only time you can lodge a complaint about those pesky automated calls is if you can identify who’s on the other end of the line. It seems any company determined to skirt the rules prefers to keep their identity under wraps. So, you’re often left with no choice but to ring them up yourself to uncover who’s responsible for these bothersome calls!
