I received a call the other day and was prompted to press eight for further details, which I did since the constant ringing was becoming quite irritating. When I connected with a gentleman and asked for the company's name, he reacted with some rather crude language. We’re keen to file a report on this incident, but unfortunately, we don’t know the procedure since the number doesn’t reveal the company's identity when you dial it back. This sort of thing shouldn't be permitted. Just imagine if our kids had been the ones to press eight! What a worrying thought!
