Like so many others, I’ve been bombarded with calls from this number. It’s curious though, this is the first instance where the caller’s number was visible. We've already signed up to the Telephone Preference Service and even shot off an email to the Information Commissioner's Office, but the pesky calls persist. Honestly, it would be nice if someone could take action against this sort of nuisance.

I get calls around three or four times a day from this number. Just to make it clear, if you happen to read this, we have a caller ID feature and do not pick up calls from unknown numbers. I've been receiving calls from these imbeciles every single day for about a week now. Until this morning, the number was always withheld-very sneaky, if you ask me. Whenever I actually pick up, I'm met with a recorded message trying to sell me some sort of IVA scheme. It's simply maddening, so I just hang up! The real annoyance is that, since the number wasn’t showing, I couldn't even block it. They can be so relentless, ringing up to three times daily! Honestly, something needs to be done about this kind of nonsense!

To whoever you may be, take note that we have a caller ID system in place and we absolutely do not pick up calls from numbers we don't recognise. Alan Rowley; it’s hardly shocking that Virgin had to impose a fee of £2 to prevent these nuisances; they can be found listed on the coretelecom directory of clients. Honestly, the only way to deal with this was to take drastic action-burn it all down! That really was the ultimate remedy!

Got a call from the same number at almost the exact same time, and as soon as I answered, there was no one on the other end. I've tried registering with the Telephone Preference Service, but so far, it hasn't helped in stopping these pesky calls. Seriously, do not ring them back; it just drains your pockets each time you do. One can only hope these callers catch a break and either fall ill or at least learn to respond when the phone is picked up! If they keep bombarding your line, just leave the phone off the hook; it'll end up costing them instead!

I keep receiving calls from this number, at least twice daily, all trying to push those IVA offers on us. If we don’t pick up, they’ve started leaving voicemails. Oftentimes, the caller ID is blocked, but not always. Is there anyone I can contact about this? I’ve already signed up with the Telephone Preference Service.
