This company called FLIGHT COMPENSATION UK sounds convincing when they ring, even mentioning your specific delayed flight number. Then they ask for a £90 upfront fee, which they say you'll get back if your claim isn't successful. They also promise to send you an email within 48 hours - but that never arrives. You keep ringing them back, only to be put on hold. After a bit, an American voice tells you you’re next in line, but after five minutes and a few seconds, the call just drops. Honestly, it’s a complete rip-off.
NEVER SHARE YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH THEM. IT’S A TOTAL SCAM.
I can’t believe anyone working there isn’t aware of what’s really going on - it’s disgraceful.
