After a bit of digging through our call logs, it turns out we had indeed called that number. It was a Powownow number for conference calls within the UK. If we ever find ourselves in this situation again, we'll make sure to head over to the NoTo0870 website, where they list alternative local rate numbers for the same services. Quite handy, really!
