Were local traders really the exact same outfit? I'm tempted to register with them today. Good on them for addressing the complaint, I say. We had a job from them last month, which turned out reasonably well. We made a mere 60 quid, but considering we didn’t put in much effort, I reckon we can’t grumble. I was quite wary when I received the exact same call, but it seems that this was, in fact, above board. We gathered the details from the lady and then dialled the number she supplied - turns out she’s from Derby and is genuinely seeking kitchen floor tiles. She’s completely legitimate; payment comes straight from the client. When I phoned back for clarification, I asked if there was any hidden agenda, but they assured me there isn’t one. It seems they allow you to trial the service before asking for your commitment, which is rather refreshing!

I noticed that these individuals were featured in the Saturday Times this past weekend as well. It’s hard to believe that scammers would find themselves mentioned in such a reputable publication.

I received two calls from these individuals in less than an hour. They claimed that the people they were trying to reach were too tied up to proceed with a job they'd supposedly been offered, and then they asked if I’d be keen on taking it on instead. What on earth is going on here? Sounds a bit dodgy, doesn’t it?

I received the very same call and, to be honest, I was a bit wary as well. However, it appears there's no foul play involved. We got some job details from a lady who was after her kitchen floor being tiled, so we decided to ring the number she shared, which led us to a woman based in Derby. It all seems legitimate, and the customer had already made a payment. I called them back, curious about any hidden agenda, and I'm pleased to say there wasn’t one. It looks like they offer this service so potential clients can try it out before making a purchase.
