It appears that these individuals might be debt collectors, yet astonishingly, they seem to have no record of our name and merely bombard our phone with spammy text messages. We’re not in debt to anyone! The reference number they keep mentioning is non-existent. They seem to be taking advantage of a loophole, given that the Telephone Preference Service doesn't apply to SMS. Quite the cheeky approach, wouldn’t you say?
