I got a message from my dentist's office, Oak Dental Care, but I reckon there could be other dental clinics using the same phone number. They sent me a standard text reminding me to ring and schedule my routine check-up. After being on hold for six minutes, I decided to hang up, but to my surprise, I was later charged £4.50 for that time on hold, which works out to about 70p a minute. Quite shocking, to say the least!

I got a message urging me to ring up for an appointment. I was in a queue that seemed pretty strict about taking calls in order, and it took precisely 1 minute and 17 seconds to get through. The charge for that was £1.69!

Oak Dental Care is simply splendid! The service I received was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
