I’ve ended up being billed £15 just for ringing up to follow up on my delivery, which was initially assured to arrive within a couple of days but ended up taking a fortnight!

I found myself being billed £13.98 for a tedious 27 minutes and 4 seconds of being on hold. To make matters worse, I never managed to speak to anyone! There was absolutely no indication that I would incur such a charge. The number listed on the website has since changed and now claims to be free, but I wouldn’t dream of trying that number out, no matter their assurances. It’s utterly preposterous! I’ve decided I won’t be returning. To add insult to injury, I placed an order for two items that were promised to arrive before Christmas, yet they didn’t show up until after the holiday!

I've just noticed an additional charge of more than £27 on my regular phone bill for a call to Printerpix’s customer service. It's absurd, especially considering that I was hit with an outrageous fee for what was promised as a two-day delivery-and lo and behold, the item didn’t even turn up in that timeframe! I’m thoroughly appalled by their service and the costs involved. I certainly won’t be using them again, nor would I suggest them to anyone!

I've just noticed an extra £25 tacked onto my regular phone bill for trying to resolve an issue with printerpix's customer service. I'm utterly appalled by this and will certainly not be using their services again. To make matters worse, they didn’t even fix the problem!

I reached out to PrinterPix after noticing that I was billed more than I should have been for my order. To my annoyance, they've now added an additional £12.29 just for the inconvenience of raising my concerns. I would strongly advise against using this company. Absolutely outrageous!

I've just had the shock of my life with my EE bill - it typically sits around £54, but this month it's shot up to an unbelievable £81! Can you believe it? They slapped me with a whopping £21.97 for a mere 34-minute telephone conversation with PrinterPix! I'm utterly appalled and genuinely taken aback, as I hadn’t the faintest clue about those charges.

It absolutely baffles me how these companies manage to pull this off without any repercussions.

Honestly, I'd advise steering clear of this company altogether!
