It’s ridiculous, I got billed £15 just for ringing to find out where my delivery was - they said it would arrive in 2 days but it ended up taking 2 weeks!

I got billed £13.98 for 27 minutes and 4 seconds just sitting on hold... never actually spoke to anyone. Nowhere did it mention I'd be paying for the wait. The website has a different number now, claiming calls are free, but I won’t be trusting that at all. Totally outrageous. I won’t bother with them again. Plus, I ordered two things that were supposed to arrive before Christmas, but both showed up after the holiday!

I noticed an extra £27 added to my phone bill after I rang Printerpix’s customer support about a crazy fee they slapped on for supposedly two-day delivery. The thing is, the item didn’t even turn up within that time frame. Honestly, their service and the charges are just rubbish. I won’t be using them again, and I sure wouldn’t tell anyone else to bother with them either.

I got hit with almost £25 extra on my phone bill just for ringing printerpix customer support over an error they caused. Honestly, I’m so annoyed and won’t be using them ever again. Plus, they didn’t even fix the issue I called about. Proper rubbish service!

I got in touch with PrinterPix because I noticed they took too much money for my order. Then, they went ahead and charged me an extra £12.29 just for making a complaint! Honestly, avoid this business if you can. Proper shocking!

Usually my EE bill is around £54, but this time I ended up paying £81! They hit me with a £21.97 charge for a call that lasted just 34 minutes to PrinterPix. I had no clue about this at all, really annoyed :( I honestly can’t understand how these firms manage to sneak these charges in without warning. It’s ridiculous.

I phoned up Printerpix customer support and it was 65p a minute, which felt a bit steep. The thing I ordered turned up a fortnight late and honestly, it was pretty rubbish.

I saw on this printer PIC state number that the calls would be 5.5p a minute, but when I got my bill it was £23, which works out to about 55p per minute. O2 told me the same thing. Avoid calling this firm, it’s a ripoff!

I just found a charge of £8.08 on my phone bill for a call lasting 15 minutes and 38 seconds. I got in touch with my network provider to get some details and see if they could remove it. Turns out, the call was to Printerpix.co.uk, which uses a premium rate line. Unfortunately, my provider said they can't remove the fee. My tip would be to avoid calling their number if you can - try emailing instead. If you must speak with them on the phone, ask them to ring you back rather than calling them first.
