I had a nightmare with these guys - my parcel vanished and then they made me pay a fortune on a premium number just to find out where it went. It’s shocking how they handle things. No way am I letting DPD deliver for me ever again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid them too.

I have absolutely no clue who this number calling me is.

I've been charged by BT for four calls to 08445560560 - three on the 11th of April and another on the 12th - all marked as service calls. Problem is, I didn’t make any of these calls. Feels like some sort of reverse call scam to me? Then there are also three calls to 09068782525 on April 18th, all within one minute of each other at 7.55, 7.56, and 7.57, again tagged as service calls. It's crazy because I don't know these numbers and I definitely didn’t ring them. These calls have cost me over £13, which is quite a hit when you're on a pension. I live alone but BT insists I must've made these calls, though they won’t tell me who the numbers belong to. Any suggestions would be really helpful, as long as it doesn’t mean spending more money, cheers.

Got a call from a DPD number and the fees they mentioned were just ridiculous.

I just noticed a 9-minute call on my phone bill from this number, but I honestly can't remember dialing it or who it might be.

Here’s what shows up on my O2 statement: On 28th June 2013 at 18:59:33, a peak call to 08445560560 lasted 40 seconds and cost me 11.3p. Later that evening, at 19:14:45, I called the same number during off-peak hours for 35 seconds, costing 9.9p. Then, another call went through at 19:15:39, again off-peak, lasting 29 seconds and costing 8.2p. At 19:16:27, there was yet another off-peak call, this one 34 seconds long with a price of 9.6p. Finally, at 19:17:09, a short 27 second off-peak call went through to 08445560560 for 7.7p. That’s how the charges appear on my bill.
