I’ve just discovered I’ve been billed a whopping £25.40 for a 42-minute phone call to Sky while trying to upgrade my package! Had I been made aware of this charge beforehand, I would have absolutely avoided the call. It’s outrageous that they would impose such a fee when I’m actually trying to subscribe to their services. The call dragged on because they couldn't connect me with the right person and I ended up being transferred twice, with each hold lasting an eternity. This isn't just going to be left as is; I'm determined to escalate this matter.

I rang up SKY to terminate my broadband, and lo and behold, I was slapped with a £14 fee for a mere 20-minute chat! Absolutely outrageous!
