It was a dodgy call for sure. As soon as they began chatting about my O2 account, I ended the call and blocked the number straightaway.

Got called like 5 times today from a number saying it was O2. If it really was them, surely they'd leave a message telling me to call back or something? But nope, no voicemail at all. I missed 4 calls and picked up one but just hung up straight away. Seems like a total scam to me, so I'd say don’t pick up and definitely don’t share any of your info. If you're supposed to be dealing with a company, best to pop into a store and talk to someone face-to-face. Avoid sorting it out on the phone.

Got a call claiming to be from O2, saying they’d knock £3 off my monthly charge, but I only pay £10 anyway. They then wanted my email address, but I told them they should already have it. After that, she insisted I confirm it. Definitely a scam if you ask me.

They’ve called me a couple of times today, but I just didn’t pick up. Didn’t bother to leave any voicemail or anything, so I guess it wasn’t anything urgent.😏
