Someone said they were from O2 and wanted my personal info that they should already have. I just ended the call and checked with the O2 app myself. Turns out, O2 had no record of that call and without even taking my details, they sent it straight to their fraud department!

On the morning of 12 January 2024, a call came through from this number. I only managed to grab my phone from my bag after they'd already hung up. Since there was no voicemail left, I’m guessing it was probably some kind of scam.
