I found this number on my phone statement and looked it up. Turns out it's a service contact for Pitney Bowes. Most of the cost was actually from BT for the call itself, about 20p a minute, while Pitney Bowes only seemed to charge around 7.5p each minute.

I never got a call from them, actually I was trying to check who I’d called by looking at my phone bill. There was a charge of £27.66 for a 45-minute phone call to Pitney Bowes, which is their customer service number because we use a franking machine. Now I’m on the hunt for a more affordable company!
