I received an unexpected call from someone searching for a person who’s clearly never resided in my area. The caller was incredibly rude, and as soon as I mentioned that I’ve been living here for 12 years without ever hearing of this individual, their attitude just got worse. Honestly, I wish they’d double-check their facts before bothering unsuspecting folks like me. Talk about a load of nonsense!

Is this really GTD Direct? I was under the impression they were a telecommunications company dealing with BT on a wholesale level. They supposedly offered low-cost rings and the like, but I’ve searched high and low online and come up empty-handed regarding this name. Perhaps I haven't got the details quite right?

We're completely in the dark about who this might be.

We just received a call from this number, and the name that popped up was GCD DIRECT. Strangely, we couldn’t unearth a thing online regarding them. The chap on the other end didn’t seem to grasp the concept of 'not interested' and kept prattling on about some cheap phone line deals. He claimed they'd acquired our number through a lifestyle survey my wife supposedly completed. Well, I adhere to a personal rule of not divulging our phone number on such questionnaires!
