I’ve been charged more than £8 this month for calls to this number, but I never actually dialled it. Out of curiosity, I called the number back and a voice said it was the Tax Credit helpline. However, when I looked it up online, that number definitely isn’t linked to Tax Credits. Feels like someone might be fiddling with my landline and making these calls without me knowing.
