I got a call from some company called Prestige experience - they said they've been working with big names like Thomson and Thomas Cook. Then the caller asked if I'd been on an all inclusive trip in the last couple of years, which seemed a bit random. I kept quiet but she kept pushing, saying I deserved a refund because I got sick from the food on holiday. Honestly, this feels like the new wave of legal sharks!
