I work as a computer engineer at PC-Callout Ltd (PCC). A customer ordered a keyboard, and when it arrived at my house, it wasn’t the right one. I reached out to PCC about it, and on the 26th of August, they gave me a number to call the supplier to sort out the return or a replacement. I only just found out today that the 10-minute phone call cost me £4.24. Honestly, I was taken aback. Since PCC gave me the number and asked me to make the call, I’m planning to include this charge in the returns so I don’t lose out financially. It seems like PCC might have been tricked by this supplier, as I’ve never experienced anything like this before. At least some hardware did turn up, so I guess that aspect of the service is legit, at least!

What a bunch of crooks! They act like they’re selling tools and stuff, but really they just rake in cash from the calls you make. You place an order and then hear absolutely nothing back, so naturally you ring to find out what’s going on. Guess what? They slap you with a £2.02 fee just for answering the call, plus 7p every minute after that. Total scam.
