As a computer engineer over at PC-Callout Ltd.-or PCC for short-I recently encountered a rather frustrating situation. A keyboard meant for a customer was delivered to my address, but alas, it wasn’t the right one. After touching base with PCC, they provided me with a number to ring the supplier for sorting out a returns or replacement process. This was back on August 26th. Today, to my astonishment, I discovered that I had been billed £4.24 for a mere ten-minute conversation! I was utterly flabbergasted! Consequently, I plan to include this expense in my return request, as it was them who handed me the number and instructed me to call. I refuse to bear the cost for this misstep. It appears PCC may have been taken for a ride by this supplier, which is quite odd as I've never faced such an issue before. At least I can say that some equipment did arrive this time around, so there’s that small consolation!

Absolutely unbelievable...this outfit poses as a retailer of hardware, yet they profit from your phone calls! You place an order, and then silence ensues. Naturally, you’re left with no choice but to ring them up for updates. To make matters worse, they have the audacity to charge £2.02 (seriously?!) just to answer and then a staggering 7p per minute thereafter. What a right con!
