I just wanted to share my experience with Belkin in the UK. I accidentally dialled this number from my mobile, and I had no clue that it wasn't covered by my EE plan. I genuinely thought it would just eat into my minutes, but it turns out that's not the case at all! I've got plenty of unused time left on my account, but it seems these phone tricksters are only out to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Quite frankly, I won’t be touching Belkin again anytime soon!
