I’m with Belkin UK and accidentally called this number from my mobile. I thought it would be covered in my EE plan or at least just use up some of my minutes, but turns out it wasn’t included at all. I still have loads of time left but these phone companies seem to just want to take advantage of folks. Definitely won’t be going with Belkin in the future.

Trying to get hold of Belkin’s UK customer service has been such a hassle. They don’t seem to answer promptly and it’s been really frustrating. Anyone else had trouble contacting them here in the UK?
