The contact was supposedly for a firm named Avance Group Ltd, which supposedly handles disputes with FedEx. However, the number they provided for inquiries-08476-wasn’t genuine either. While Avance does have an online presence at avancegroup.co.uk, every single phone number listed in the email was utterly useless. It all seems rather suspect, if you ask me!

I recently received a letter urging me to contact a specific number, but it turned out to be wrong. The number was purportedly associated with a company called Avance Group Ltd, which supposedly handles disputes related to Fedex resolutions. However, they provided the number 08476, and I must say, it appears to be a scam as well. Avance does have a website at avancegroup.co.uk, but all the phone numbers listed in the correspondence seem to be bogus. This whole situation has an air of untrustworthiness about it.
