I've been hit with an unexpected £8 fee for a call to this number that I definitely didn’t place. I can say for certain that I was busy enjoying a museum tour at the time they claim the call occurred. I really can’t fathom how this has happened, but my phone provider keeps insisting I made that call. It's incredibly frustrating, and now I’m left to deal with the charge. To top it off, I’ve gone ahead and blocked this number altogether.

Just like someone else mentioned, I got a call from Jake who said he was with a building firm we’ve worked with before, asking to speak to a director. He was really pushy and quite unpleasant to our receptionist. Turns out he's actually with a marketing company trying to flog ad space in some magazine. Honestly, watch out and tell Jake to jog on. I have a feeling those two glowing green reviews nearby (both added the same day) might be from the company themselves, trying to cover up how dodgy they really are.

Got a call from 08444 170170 earlier, some bloke named Jake said he was ringing from a big construction firm. He insisted on speaking just to a director at my workplace. When I pressed him with some sharp questions, all he kept going on about was only being able to chat with a company director. Honestly, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t actually from the firm he said. Watch out for this one!
