I recently rang this number to sort out our working hours for child tax credits. They took our card details and then, without asking, charged us £99.99. They gave us absolutely no explanation, and when we requested a refund, they flatly refused. To top it off, they hung up on my wife during the call. Absolutely outrageous!

Firstly, I’d like to point out that I didn’t submit this information. Additionally, the spelling of our name is incorrect, so it’s quite clear that this isn’t related to us. I strongly recommend that the creators of this site consider removing this entry.
