I got billed £13 for a half an hour call just cos Vokera kept me waiting on hold the whole time, and not a single heads-up about it!

Spent 18 minutes on the phone and ended up getting charged £10, wasnt told how much it would cost at all. Proper rip-off.

I just noticed some missed calls from this number, and later found out they actually charged me for them! Definitely a scam - I'd recommend blocking it straight away before it hits your phone bill too. Learned this the hard way after checking my charges.

Stay well clear of volkera boilers!!! They won’t even give you a phone number without trying to scam you. Absolute rip off!
