Unfortunately, I’ve yet to see any sign of a callback! It’s beginning to feel like we're tangled up with a dodgy operation, and I’m seriously contemplating cancelling our payments come tomorrow.

Turns out, it’s actually DIGITAL WARRANTY CARE! I asked them for a details pack, but alas, it never arrived. It's high time that all clients of D.W.C consider cancelling their direct debit arrangements and flagging this company with their banking institution or a regulatory body. They seem to be operating out of Puerto Colón in Tenerife, and there's a strong suspicion of illegitimacy in their practices. It appears they've been fleecing unsuspecting customers, which absolutely cannot be allowed to continue.
