It urged me to reach out to a number they provided. Upon making the call, I found myself conversing with an individual who had a distinctly South Asian accent. They then directed me to another number, instructing me to ring back: **Contact: James Pool** **Number: 0808 164 4738 Ext: 2013** Naturally, my eyebrows were raised since it struck me as odd that someone with an accent of that nature would be called James Pool-definitely not a name one would associate with that region. Additionally, the manner of communication bore an unsettling resemblance to the tactics I've seen when reading about scams involving 'Amazon'.
