this person called me claiming to be from vodafone, saying i could get an upgrade on my phone. when i mentioned i wasn’t up for any extra payments, he suddenly offered me his own old phone or even his sister’s! he went on about how it would be reliable for a business use. i told him i dont run a business, and then he just said "well this is a waste of time, bye" and hung up on me!

Attempting to masquerade as O2, these chancers tried to bamboozle me into thinking they had access to my account. When pressed with some straightforward questions, they floundered spectacularly. They even attempted to entice me into a mobile deal. What a bunch of fraudsters! Absolutely appalling!
