Got a call from some telemarketer trying to sell me a phone upgrade. When I asked what model, he mentioned a phone that’s actually worse than my current one - wasn’t gonna let that slide. Apparently, he had me down as an O2 customer paying £40 a month, which is completely wrong. Told him he’s definitely got the wrong number and gave him the boot. Pretty funny, actually.

I got a call from someone claiming I could get a new EE phone. When I explained that my contract only ends in January, they just cut me off without another word. Proper rude!

It seems that there’s a claim indicating it's Vodafone seeking some details... however, this doesn't appear to be genuine Vodafone customer support.

Got a call on my non O2 mobile about some renewal, but the guy never used my name or my wife's. Was driving at the time, so I told him to ring my landline instead but he never did. Said he was in charge of all O2 contracts or something. I ended up reporting it to O2. Seems like I've had similar calls from different numbers too.
