My mobile bill says I got charged more than £26 for a call that apparently lasted no time at all - zero seconds! It was supposedly a call from me to this number, but honestly, I haven't the foggiest who it is or why it’s even there on my bill. Total mystery to me.

Back on 21st June 2019 I had an accident, and on the 5th of July 2021 I rang RAC to find out what’s going on. The number started with 03 so I assumed it was part of my allowance. But they said I must speak with Enterprise, and said they'd put me through. What I didn’t know then was that the number was actually premium rate! I got charged £4.83 for about 5 minutes, and in the end Enterprise couldn’t help me and I didn’t even have to talk to them. Then I was put through to somewhere else anyway. So, watch out for this number - even if you're told it’s a transfer to Enterprise, better to say no and avoid the charges!

They first said they were budget insurance, but then slipped up and said it was enterprise. After that, they messed up once more and called themselves Confused Car Insurance.

I had to ring this number (Enterprise car rentals) once I was dealing with an insurance claim. At first, they put me on hold saying they were contacting the other party. After waiting, I hung up and rang back to find out the charges and to get another contact number. But they said no or acted like they had no clue. Aren't they supposed to tell you how much it'll cost?

Heads up, I had to ring this number after a car accident for insurance purposes, but I had no clue it would end up costing me more than £10. The call lasted well over 20 minutes with loads of hold time. Honestly, I’m pretty annoyed about it!

Got an email saying I need to ring this number about sorting out an insurance claim from a traffic accident they say I was part of. The company’s website is www.uk.innovation-group.com. Thing is, the supposed accident took place miles away from where I live, and I don’t even drive or own a vehicle! Looks like a total rip-off to me.
