I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Scotcall, a debt collection agency hailing from Scotland. To be frank, my encounters with them have been anything but pleasant. The staff I spoke to were not just unhelpful; they came off as rather rude and confrontational. It seems they’ve got some rather dim-witted individuals answering their calls-definitely not the sort of customer service one would hope for!
