I’ve just had the most infuriating experience with one of those automated money-saving calls. After pressing five to supposedly speak to a person, we asked to be removed from their list - I’m fairly certain I’ve done this multiple times already. The person on the line started making absurd sounds, presumably trying to amuse anyone within earshot and effectively turned the whole interaction into a farce. Then, with absolute lack of decorum, they hung up on me. Truly, what a professional approach! Now I’m on a quest to find out exactly who these jokers are. Has anyone got a clue?

My mother-in-law, who's now 88, gets bombarded with countless calls each day from this company. It's becoming extremely difficult for her to cope with it all. What steps can we take to help her out?

I tried ringing this number again, only to find myself stuck in a queue. I stayed on the line for nearly ten minutes before giving up. When I tried a second time, it was more of the same; straight back into the queue! Eventually, after much effort, I managed to get through, but was met with the unfortunate news that nobody was available to take my call, and the line dropped. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I've received calls from this number a minimum of three times each month for the past three weeks, even after I signed up to have my number taken off the list. When I try to ring them back, I just can't get through to lodge a complaint. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

As a business, we’re inundated with calls from these clowns each day. Despite our numerous requests for Interact to stop ringing me, it seems they only respond with rudeness. Quite the nuisance, to be honest!

I'm absolutely fed up with the incessant calls to my business number. Despite being on the Telephone Preference Service, I still receive about seven to ten calls daily! What’s worse, these automated messages bombard my voicemail in the evening, filling it up completely. It’s incredibly frustrating! Is there any way to identify these nuisance companies and put a stop to their calls?

In no time at all, my phone has been bombarded by calls from this number-five times a day at least! Each time, they hang up or hurl insults. After a bit of digging, I managed to uncover that this bunch is connected to Churchwood Finance. They even have another number, 02070000928, which appears to be a London line. However, this isn’t where their operations are actually anchored. I hope this information proves useful to others!

Churchwood Finance operates from their registered office on the 6th Floor of Kingsgate, situated at Wellington Road North in Stockport, Cheshire, postcode SK4 1LW. I had a chat with a chap named Phill, and he promised me that we'd be removed from their contact list. It seems they're employing a telesales outfit called 'Interact' to make those calls.

We answered the call, but it was eerily quiet on the other end (the line was clearly connected, after all). I can't help but wonder if the callers were simply a bit bashful?! We tried greeting them multiple times with a cheerful "hello," but to no avail-eventually, they hung up on us. Out of curiosity, we decided to ring the number back to uncover who it might have been, but alas, we found ourselves stuck in a recorded message queue waiting for someone to assist us. Frustrated, we hung up before getting through. The absence of any branded introduction or proper welcome only added to our confusion-who on earth was that?
