I’ve recently found out that this bunch operates as a debt collection agency. It baffles me - if we’re struggling to settle our debts (which I can't even recall for the life of me), how on earth are we expected to fork out cash for a premium rate call?! It just doesn’t add up, does it?

I received a text urging me to get in touch with them, providing a reference number to use. To be honest, I’m not going to fall for that; it seems a bit daft, doesn’t it? If they truly desire a conversation, they've got all the means to reach out to me directly. No way am I playing that game!
