I received a call that went straight to my voicemail with a rather cryptic message stating, "This is CAPQUEST. Press 1 when you're free to take this call now." Quite odd, really, as there was nothing else included in the voicemail. Interestingly, shortly after, I received two text messages within half an hour featuring our name and a reference number, urging us to contact 0844249949 for further details. Frankly, we’re quite sceptical about this!
