Ignore it! Got a call from a number I didn’t know, left a voicemail saying to call back about sorting out a collection or something, mentioned some code beginning with DRG.

I didn’t bother with it since DHL never ring you to set up collections, they just send all the info through email!

Had a run in with DHL recently. They wanted me to ring them to sort out a pickup for a faulty item. Took me three tries to actually get hold of them, and I didn’t realise each call was costing me an "access fee plus 7p a minute" until I saw my phone bill later. Proper sneaky, that.
