I just noticed a call on my bill from 08442480808 that lasted 32 minutes and cost me £23.59! I honestly thought it was a free number or maybe I didn’t even make the call. Really surprised to see such a high charge like that. Has anyone else had this happen?

On 21st December 2009, we received four calls from this number, and we've been billed for them through our BT account. But here’s the kicker-we didn’t make any calls to this number! It seems like we’ve been unfairly charged. How could that even happen?
