This number is actually from O2, but BEWARE - don’t ring it back because it costs an extortionate amount per minute. I found this out after chatting with O2 online. They never mentioned that calling this number would be so expensive. Thankfully, my phone plan has a limit that stopped me before the bill got ridiculous. If you want to get hold of O2, just call 0344 809 0202 - that’s free within your minutes. It’s such a cheeky way for them to try and make money off people who aren’t even their customers!

Absolutely appalling! I rang this number to find out about kicking off a new mobile contract. Had no clue it was a premium rate call! And surprise, it’s O2. To make matters worse, I ended up shelling out £5.97 just to listen to their dreadful hold music, as I never managed to speak to anyone before I threw in the towel. Quite frankly, it's infuriating!

I really think it’s quite unreasonable that when I call O2 to resolve an issue that they created, I end up being charged for those calls! Honestly, it feels like customer service should be about helping people, not just about raking in profits.
